Orders placed before 3 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We offer Free  Standard Priority 2 - 3 Day shipping as well as Expedited Express 1 - 2 Day shipping($25.00 expedited shipping fee will apply. Choose option at checkout).

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 15 days after purchase (15 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 15 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you(with tags still attached).

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style.

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. 

This applies to both online and in-person purchases.
